Dr. Singh, an ex-army Major, holds an MBBS from AFMC Pune, an MD from CH KGMU Lucknow, and has completed senior residency at AIIMS Patna. Additionally, she holds fellowships in hair transplant and lasers. Dr. Asmita Singh

Dr. Asmita Singh is a distinguished dermatologist with over 14 years of experience, specializing in both acute and chronic skin conditions, dermatosurgery, and pediatric dermatology. She holds an MBBS from the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, and an MD from Command Hospital, Lucknow. Further enhancing her expertise, she completed her senior residency at AIIMS, Patna. Dr. Singh’s medical journey is marked by excellence, as she is a gold medalist in her MD program and has numerous publications in both national and international journals.

Dr. Singh’s academic contributions include authoring chapters in the IADVL Textbook of Dermatology and the ACSI Textbook of Cutaneous & Aesthetic Surgery. Her research work is widely recognized, with notable publications on rare dermatological cases, such as phakomatosis pigmentokeratotica associated with unilateral renal hypoplasia and aggressive systemic mastocytosis in newborns. She has also presented her findings at prominent conferences, including DERMACON and CUTICON Bihar.

A member of prestigious organizations like the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Leprologists & Venereologists (IADVL) and the Association of Cutaneous Surgeons of India (ACSI), Dr. Singh is committed to staying at the forefront of dermatological advancements. Her career also includes seven years of service as a commissioned medical officer in the Indian Army, where she honed her leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
